Exchanges and returns
We want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That is why you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return it.
Conditions
- The product must be in good condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, write to us at skimememask@gmail.com indicating your order number.
Refunds
Once the mask has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.
Defective product
If your mask arrives with any manufacturing defect, we will send you a new one free of charge or refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
